"It was great working with Anthony! My wife and I struggled to find a home in the Beacon area during 2020. The market after the shutdown was pretty wild. Anthony worked with us for nearly 9 months as my wife and I came in and out of the market. He was very responsive to all of our questions. He has a ton of experience as a contractor, so he was able to give us great insight into what needed to be fixed in different houses and how much the repairs might cost. Anthony was also very patient with us while we made our decisions. He never pressured us into buying a home we didn't want or couldn't afford. He was respectful of our budget concerns. In the end, we chose to buy a major fixer-upper. The closing process with the prior owners was extremely tedious because of a number of complicated clauses that were included with the property. Anthony helped guide us through all of it. He also made great recommendations about inspectors, tree people, plumbers, and all sorts of miscellaneous things (he grew up in Beacon so it was very helpful to have a long-time resident helping us throughout the process). I strongly recommend Anthony!"
